Each Sanjeev facility, from the first established in 1978 to the latest which opened in 2011, has been established with these principles and undergoes frequent upgrades to remain state-of-the-art. High-precision gear and drivetrain assembly division — Aurangabad, India. The C7 division features hobbing with orientation, hard skiving, automated gear inspection with assembly, and single-pass diamond bore finishing — delivering verified components for direct OEM delivery.
Dedicated gear manufacturing and assembly facility — Aurangabad, India. Producing 470 types of gears and geared shafts: Dia. 10–400mm, Module 0.6–16.5M, Length 35–500mm, Gear Width 05–300mm — with Liebherr hobbing machines and precision KLINGELNBERG gear testing.
Flagship gear and excellence division — Aurangabad, India. Featuring Liebherr hobbing with ring loader & KSR, Gleason vertical hobbing 130H, and Liebherr gear grinding LCS380. Capabilities include soft hard skiving, generation grinding with corrundum, profile grinding with CBN, burn-free gear grinding, and traceability laser marking.
Advanced metal forming division — Aurangabad, India. Hot forging presses of 1000T and 1600T with QCD, die machining with simulation, precision 4th & 5th axis machining, CO2 welding, induction hardening, and vertical broaching up to 1500mm length.
Central heat treatment division — Aurangabad, India. Continuous gas carburizing (CGC), SQF oil & salt quenching, and state-of-the-art continuous carburizing with variable quench media — delivering distortion-free clean components with the shortest process time and world-class quality.
