We don't just inspect quality at the end - we build it in at the beginning. Every workstation, every machine, every operator is part of our quality chain.

We engage APQP from the earliest stages of product development, aligning manufacturing processes, tooling, and control plans with customer requirements before a single part is produced.

Full PPAP documentation (Level 1–5) is prepared for all new product launches, including dimensional results, material certifications, MSA studies, and capability data.

Real-time SPC monitoring on all critical characteristics ensures process stability and enables immediate corrective action when drift is detected.

Our quality team responds to any customer concern with a rigorous 8D methodology - identifying root cause, implementing corrective action, and verifying effectiveness.

Quality Inspection Process

01
Incoming Inspection
All incoming raw material - steel bars, forgings, castings - undergoes chemical composition verification, hardness testing and dimensional inspection before release to production.

In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions are checked at every operation stage using gauges, CMMs, and SPC systems. Poka-yoke devices prevent assembly of non-conforming parts.

Final Inspection
100% dimensional verification of finished parts using CMMs, gear testing machines and surface roughness probes. All results are digitally recorded and traceable.

Pre-Dispatch
Pre-shipment audit with part-specific inspection reports, material test certificates, and compliance documentation packaged with every shipment.
Metrology & Testing

World-Class
Measurement Infrastructure

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Zeiss, Hexagon and Mitutoyo CMMs providing 3-axis measurement with micron-level accuracy. Temperature-controlled metrology rooms.
Gear Testing Equipment
Dedicated gear measurement centers for tooth profile, lead, pitch, runout and noise analysis. Klingelnberg and Gleason machines.
Surface Roughness Measurement
Contact and non-contact profilometers for Ra, Rz, Rmax verification on all critical functional surfaces.
Hardness Testing
Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers. Case depth measurement by microhardness traverses on cross-sections.
Metallurgical Lab
In-house metallurgical laboratory for microstructure analysis, grain size evaluation, and material composition verification.
NDT Inspection
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for critical components.
